RETURN POLICY

 

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

 

We hope you will love our products but if something isn’t quite right, you have 7 days to return from the original received date

 

We’ll give you a full refund by the same method you used to pay within 14 days after your returned item(s) is received at our warehouse. Please note that it depends on your bank regarding when the refund will be shown in your bank statement. Once the refund has been issued by us, please contact your bank directly to inquire about the status of the refund 

 

We ask that items are returned clean (no deodorant, perfume or make-up stains), unworn and have all their tags and original packaging on

 

Shoes must be returned with their original boxes. Swimwear and underwear cannot be returned

No Refunds and Returns for all SALES items but they could be exchanged for sizes in the same style and colour only. If the new requested size is unavailable, the customer has to keep the original product and has no right to claim a refund or any kind of return.

Naturally, any faulty items from our warehouse can be returned. Any non-faulty items that are not in a condition suitable for resale (i.e. used, washed, soiled or damaged), will not be refunded and will be sent back to you. A postage fee will be charged for International Delivery. If the customer denied paying the postage fee, Naken has the right not to refund that order.

 

Please note that customers must be responsible for their own return postage and all Customs charges;  Customs Tariffs, Taxes, Duties & Import Fees

 

Any PRODUCTS deported by Customs and Excise or denied to receive by you in any cases are NOT REFUNDABLE  

 

 

How to return: 

  1. Fill in the return form and return code for the garment you are returning and include this in the package.

  2. Place the Return form together with the item(s) you wish to return in a suitable bag/box and tape the parcel securely

  3. Drop the parcel off at a parcel shop of your choice. Responsibility for the return is yours until the parcel reaches us, so please remember to ask for a proof of postage

  4. You can expect to receive a refund within 14 days after the parcel has reached our warehouse. We will send you an email to notify you that your parcel has arrived and checked. Once we have processed the return you will receive a return confirmation email

  5. No Refund and Return for all SALES items but they could be exchanged for size in the same style and colour only.

SHIPPING DETAILS

  • Thailand - Free shipping nationwide. Despatched within 24 hours after the payment has been fulfilled. *All orders after Friday 3 PM Bangkok Time (GMT+7) and Weekend will be despatched on Monday.

  • Other countries - Despatched within 24 - 48 hours after the payment has been fulfilled. All orders after Friday 3 PM Bangkok Time (GMT+7) , Weekend and Bank holidays will be despatched on the next working day.

 

Shipment Rate

  • International Express 3-7 Business Days. Flat rate 29 Euro.

  • International Packet Plus 7-21 Business Days. Flat rate 19 Euro.

 

*All order cancellation(s) could not be made after the shipment(s) has been confirmed.
